Returns and Shipping

Shipping:

• Please allow 3-5 business days to ship any item that is not personalized. 
• Please allow 7-14 business days to ship any item that is personalized. 

Returns:

• **We issue store credit or exchange only** No refund**
• All returns can be returned within 14 days of receiving your package. Items must be back to us by the 14th to receive store credit. Any item that arrives after the 14th day will get 50% of that store credit. 
• Store credit never expires and can be used at any time. 
• Any personalized item cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the wrong color was sent or if the monogram is not in the correct order. Please email shoplilybsboutique@gmail.com to address this issue quicker. 

EXCHANGES:

• Due to us only have a certain amount of sizes and colors, we cannot guarantee that you will get the same exact item if you want to exchange it. 
• Please email shoplilybsboutique@gmail.com to exchange an item. 
• Your item must be shipped to us within 14 days of the purchase. 
• If we do not have the color or size, we will not be able to exchange your item.
